Homopolymer Acetal or Delrin is the best plastic for turning on a CNC lathe lathe. It’s very easy to turn, however it does require reduced speeds. I have used this stuff to make Scottish small pipes chanters. I have bought numerous items from iPlastic. Smaller parts usually ship promptly and everything has been well packed.
