The most significant thing you’ll get could be the Specforce Abs Handbook. Depending on which one you bought, you can find access to the male or female version. So no, you won’t get access to both, you must buy them separately. But unless you’re male AND female as well, this shouldn’t be an issue.
One thing I found amusing about it book (besides Mr. Lamb’s way of writing) is that it not simply focuses on what you must do to get those 6 pack abs, it also tries to explain what I call the “Treadmill Syndrome”. I named the Treadmill Syndrome after all those not healthy guys and gals the truth is running on treadmills all night on end... for years… not having achieved just one pound of weight reduction.
